The flat printing on textiles is the most widespread industrial process worldwide. This process, similar to screen printing, is performed in several phases:

  • Final print work
  • Transfer to film projection screen
  • Screen printing
  • Line printing
  • Spraying to fix colours
  • Washing
  • “Ironing” with ramé line

This procedure achieves a high quality and its most prominent feature is that a minimum number of units are required to achieve a competitive price with other systems. In the diagram you will see an example of units and number of colors.
